These Non-Governmental Organizations bridge the gap where government programs and policies can\u2019t always reach directly, especially at the grassroots level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even though West Bengal has over 27,000 registered NGOs (<a href=\"https:\/\/ngodarpan.gov.in\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ngodarpan.gov.in\/\">Niti Aayog<\/a>, 2025), a large number of people are still struggling with poverty, illiteracy, gender based inequality, and lack of access to basic healthcare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This blog brings together a list of NGOs in Siliguri that are genuinely active and making an impact where it matters most.
