The Platform is owned by Braand School, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at 2nd Floor, Pradhan Building, Rishi Aurobindo Rd, Ward 12, Hakim Para, Siliguri, West Bengal 734001 (hereinafter referred to as Platform Owner, ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’).

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (Terms of Use) as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. All prices on the Platform are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy below.

You agree and acknowledge that website and the Services may contain links to other third party websites. You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies, or Your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights (including infringement of intellectual property rights) of a third party.

03Refunds & Cancellations Policy

This policy applies to all products and services offered on braandschool.com and paid for to Braand School, including:

• Offline courses at our Siliguri campus — The Digital Marketing Course, The Graphic Design (Braanding) Course, The Video Editing & Motion (Creator) Course, The UI/UX Design Course, The AI for Everyone Course and The Digital Art Course.
• Services delivered by Braand School — packaging, branding and design services, corporate training workshops, and business automation services.

Pricing in INR

All prices, fees and quotes on this website and in our proposals are listed in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹). Course fee details are shared by our counsellors on request, and service fees are confirmed in a written scope and quote before any work begins.

Courses — Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation before your batch starts: if you cancel your enrolment before the start date of your batch, you will receive a full refund of the fees you have paid.
• After your batch has started: once your batch has started, course fees are non-refundable.
• Instalment payments: the same rule applies to fees paid in instalments. If you cancel before your batch starts, we refund the full amount you have actually paid up to that date.
• Batch cancelled or postponed by Braand School: if we cancel or postpone your batch, you may choose either a full refund of the amount you have paid or a seat in the next available batch.

Services — Cancellations & Refunds

This applies to packaging, branding and design services, business automation services, corporate training and any other work delivered against a quote or proposal.

• Cancellation before work begins: you will receive a full refund of any advance paid.
• Cancellation after work begins: refunds are given only for work not yet delivered under the agreed scope and quote. Work already delivered is not refundable.
• Corporate training: to cancel or reschedule a training session, please give us at least 7 days’ written notice before the scheduled date. Cancellations with shorter notice are handled under the rule above, so preparation already completed for your session is not refundable.

Duplicate or Failed Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same payment, or an amount is debited but the transaction fails, the extra or failed amount will be refunded to you in full after verification.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

• Your full name and registered phone number
• The course or service you paid for
• Date of payment, amount paid and the payment / transaction reference
• The reason for your cancellation or refund request

We respond to all refund and cancellation requests within 2 working days.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method used (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking or bank transfer) and the amount is credited to your bank account within 5–7 working days. In rare cases your bank or payment provider may take slightly longer to reflect the credit.
